MOST ASKED QUESTIONS

Where are the Cups made?

We are proud to make our Hard coolers and Soft coolers in the USA

Our Drinkware is imported, but in fact ALLstainless steal, double walled, vacuum sealed drinkware from all brands are imported. So there is no such thing as a USA tumbler it doesn'texist.

*We do go the extra mile by printing, assembling and finishing the drinkware in our Ft Worth Texas facility and because of that we are able to hire more workers here in Texas to work that process.

Why all Tumblers are Not Made in The USA?

1. The raw material of stainless steel. China has the biggest production output for stainless steel material so that they have the most competitive cost.

2. Lack of skill manufacturing engineer and workers. The stainless steel manufacturing production relies on a lot of workers and experienced engineers. Although automation equipment can replace workers but it needs big investment at the beginning and big volume order quantities to support the constant production.

3. Strict environment policy. The stainless steel tumbler is reusable, environmental- and eco-friendly. But the manufacturing process related to plating, electrolysis, polishing and painting all have pollution, which is not accepted in the USA.

In short, there can be no stainless steel tumblers made in the United States because

  • labor
  • cost
  • efficiency
  • environment factors.

This is why all Tumblers are made in other countries except the United States.

Care Instructions?

Non printed Tumblers are top Shelf Dishwater safe.

*Printed cups should be hand washed.

    Perfect Size Lunchbox

High quality heavy material and very durable. Im pretty hard on everything I have and after several months of being tossed around this thing has held up great. I do have a Chillin’ Brew Ice pack I use with it in the summer. I usually pack a couple sandwiches a ziplock bag of chips and a couple small oranges for lunch. Its a little tight with the ice block but is perfect for me. We have also used it on road trips to pack some drinks for the road. My wife even bought one! Made in USA is hard to find a lot of times. This was definitely worth the money and glad to support American businesses!!

    Great product!

This cooler is really wonderful! It's such a quality product made in the USA. This was a gift for my husband to keep his beverages cold as he trains jiu jitsu and plays cornhole! I can't wait to purchase our next Bison cooler product.

    I love it!

I was recently on the market looking for a soft cooler that was made in the US and that is when I came across this cooler. Right of the bat I loved it especially coming from a heavy 10 quart roto molded cooler. Obviously this soft cooler is much lighter which is great and I feel like I’m packing what I need for the day versus before when I felt like I was just trying to fill up my cooler with all the goodies I could. The construction looks to be very durable and the cooler itself just has a good feel to it. Now I can pack my lunch the night before and just leave it in the fridge overnight and grab it and go in the morning. I recently took a day trip with my wife and just packed an ice block and some water bottles in this thing. We left it in the car in this California heat for a couple of hours and when we came back the water was still ice cold! I love this thing so much I bought a backup just in case anything ever happens to my current one and also picked up a 12 can XD for future road-trips.

Also just a little PSA for anyone interested in getting this cooler. I highly recommend getting the medium size arctic ice pack. It fits perfectly at the bottom!

Great cooler! And lunch bag 👍

I got this for work mainly, to bring my meal prep grub, jerky, other healthy snacks and protein shakes with me. It's great and even larger than I realized which is a good thing. I wanted something made in the US. Seems like a very sturdy cooler. I'm rough with a lot of stuff, i'll update in a month with how it's held up so far with me using it 🇺🇸👍

The black grip handle has shifted to one side, making it lopsided to carry. It will not adjust back to the center. I also wish the closing clasp had room to extend. I use this as a lunchbox and at the start of my day I have to leave it open until I have taken some food out.
