Great cooler. It’s nice when a company gives accurate internal/external dimensions. Fits perfect in my 14’ SOAR inflatable canoe.
Sent the blue one back cause the color is much lighter than pictured (cost $105 to ship so that sucked) but happy with this one.
Bought it for extensive use on multi-day river trips (just got off a 4-day trip) and the ice lasts a couple days in real-world use which is good, and water is still cold enough after four.
The built-in ruler on the top is JV but I just put a piece of gorilla tape over it.

Since purchasing my Bison 25 QT cooler, I've been so impressed with it that I sold both my Yeti and my Grizzly. Initially, I wasn't sure I'd like the square shape as much as the longer, narrower coolers I was used to, but after using it, I like this square shape better. I can't believe how long this thing keeps ice and how comfortably everything fits into it.
The carry handles are the best I've seen on any rotto-molded cooler, bar none. I cut off the rope attachments on each side, knowing I'd never use them. The molded handles are large, comfortable, and offer a superior grip.
I appreciate that the white color is filled with tiny brown speckles. It's got the superior performance of a white cooler (won't burn your hand in direct sunlight, as dark coolers tend to do), but the speckles add such an attractive touch.
Best of all, the fit and finish is top-notch, and trust me, I have a keen eye for detail and am very picky. There aren't many premium coolers made in the USA anymore. I would wholeheartedly recommend this one to anyone who wants the best of the best.
P.S. I would never buy another Yeti!

This cooler kept the beers cold for 3 plus days with the ice remaining in tact. Even when the ice melted the water in the cooler remained cold to keep the drinks cold. My husband loves it! I'm so glad that I decided to buy this for his birthday, better than buying a yeti!! I love that it's made in the USA!!

I realized as I prepared for our annual Fourth of July camping trip that I can’t be seen using a foreign made ice chest to keep my Freedom Beverages cold as the fireworks shoot to the sky. So I got online and did some quick searching and found Bison coolers and immediately liked their passion for a good American made cooler and the fact that they offer a Veteran discount was icing on the cake for me. So after sending them some electronic Washingtons and Lincolns it was on my front porch two days later. Now I have the perfect USA made ice chest (even says so on the cooler) to load up with my favorite USA made wobble pops so I can sit on the beach of the Gulf of America to celebrate this upcoming Independence Day.
