We used this cooler last weekend for a trip to SW Colorado. It had food and beverages for the weekend. The cooler did a good job of keeping ice despite being opened with some frequency. The performance was very good. Not excellent, but I did not do a good job of following the handy cooler best practices guide that came with it.
The cooler is very well made and I appreciate having the option to buy a product made in the states.
Shipping was fast and the cooler arrived in great shape- really appreciate that.
I use the bison 24 can soft cooler as a monster lunch box and absolutely love it.
P.S. this cooler fits perfectly in the back of a Subaru Crosstrek with room for lots of items on either side.

This cooler far exceeded my expectations! It’s nice and stout without being too heavy and held ice in blistering heat for well over two days. I put only one 10 pound bag of ice in it , left it outside and the ice remained solid for two days.

I like it much Better than my old Brute 50QT. I bought all the replacement parts for my last one from lid seals to locking lid closers. that cooler never did seem to seal on the lid after doing all of that. That cooler of course is at least 15-16 years old and was a good one. Will keep it for a back up now. New cooler does just what the old cooler used to do. Very happy. Holds Ice like it should .

1 week using this cooler, I am very pleased with the purchase.
I am also very pleased with a soft lunch cooler I bought several months ago although a mid size soft cooler would provide more room for my food prep for a day. The larger soft bag would be too large.
And especially proud to by a cooler MADE IN THE USA!
